Dupixent (dupilumab) is used to treat eczema (atopic dermatitis), eosinophilic asthma, nasal polyps accompanied by chronic rhinosinusitis (sinus and nasal cavity swelling), eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), and prurigo nodularis (a skin condition)..
Dupixent is an interleukin-4 (IL-4) receptor alpha antagonist that works by blocking the IL-4 receptor site to reduce inflammation that can lead to symptoms of eczema, asthma, nasal polyps.

- Eosinophilic asthma
- Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP)
- Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE)
- Prurigo nodularis (PN)

How it’s Administered
Dupixent is administered by subcutaneous injection. Dupixent injections take only a few minutes.
Frequency
Dupixent is generally administered every two to four weeks (for eczema, asthma, and CRSwNP) or every week (for EoE).
