Veopoz (pozelimab-bbfg) is a complement inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with CD55-deficient protein-losing enteropathy (PLE), also known as CHAPLE disease, (complement hyperactivation, angiopathic thrombosis, and protein-losing enteropathy) an immune disorder.
VVeopoz is a fully human, monoclonal antibody G4 (IgG4) that blocks the activity of C5 to regulate the complement pathway and relieve the symptoms of CHAPLE disease.

How it’s Administered
