Coastal Infusion can administer your Vibativ prescription at any of our south Florida locations.
Vibativ (telavancin) is an antibiotic used for the treatment of serious bacterial infections. The active substance in Vibativ, telavancin, works by stopping the bacteria causing the infection from making their own cell walls and by disrupting their cell membranes, thereby killing the bacteria.
This antibiotic is reserved for situations where conventional treatments, such as other antibiotics, are not suitable or effective.
